FX Group´s Double Block Valves are compact, easy to install, designed for safe operation and reduced installation costs.
They are indicated for applications where critical isolation is required, ensuring that there is no leakage of fluid in the system, that is, so that the fluid upstream does not reach other components of the system that are downstream of the line.
This allows you to purge, vent or drain the remaining fluid from the system on the downstream side in order to perform some type of work, be it (maintenance/repair/replacement), sampling, flow diversion, chemical injections, integrity checking for leaks, etc.
Available configurations: Forged single body (Flange/ Flange and Flange/ Thread); Single Laminated Bar Body (Thread/ Thread) NPT.
Pressure Class: 150#, 300#, 600#, 900/1500# and 2500#, in diameters from 1/2” to 2”, larger diameters on request.
Materials: SS316/L, Hastelloy, Monel, Duplex, Super Duplex and Treated Carbon Steel.
