The Monoflange Valves were developed for mounting instruments directly in the process line, eliminating the need for derivations, which consequently reduces the installation cost.
Its standard configuration is “Double Block and Bleed”, that is, two sets of process blocking and a set of drain/vent, both composed of a set of threaded bonnet, rising rod and non-rotating plug, which act by manual actuation.
Materials: SS316/L, Hastelloy, Monel, Duplex, Super Duplex and Treated Carbon Steel.
